True, however, you can't make something you don't have.
Lets see if you can explain how come the KPK is not far ahead from the rest of the provinces in Pakistan. The PTI ruling it for last 15 years. They should have been far advance in almost everything. But they are also as mediocre as the rest of the country.
So, it is not the PTI or PMLN or any other party which could turn this around in an even a decade.
My point is good or bad, people stick with the countries to change and make it work. Tell me, if in German, where you reside, if any business doesn't want to participate in Government revenue, would you think that Business will stay open?
