پریس کانفرنس کے ردعمل میں ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ ابھی عوام کا نکلنا باقی ہے مگر چڑیا گھر میں رکھے بندروں، بن مانسوں، لومڑیوں، گیدڑوں، گدھوں، خچروں اور انسان نما ٹائوٹوں نے اُچھل کود شروع کر دی ہے

It's astonishing how individuals who wouldn't win a councilor's seat on their own are now holding hour-long press conferences, lecturing 80% of Pakistan as if they’ve got it all figured out. This is what happens when you prioritize bootlicking over integrity. Figures like the Sharifs or Vawda wouldn’t even be known if they stood for rule of law and accountability—they’re merely sidekicks to the real power brokers: the men in boots.

That said, let’s not give Khan Sahib a clean chit either. Many of these opportunists were installed within PTI by the same men in boots. Khan himself relied on their crutches and rubbed shoulders with them until he was unceremoniously shown the door. If you rise to power through the military’s patronage, you’re bound to be used and disposed of. One can only hope that he’s undergone genuine redemption and doesn’t just want the army to replace the current PDM government with him back in their lap.
