No. He is not a scam. He is legitimate. But you see he wants a cheap army of marketers who can sell marketing courses or stuff like that. He is very experienced in marketing. But he is trying to recruit cheap labor on very cheap rates to market his stuff to American masses.

I have met lot of people who have been running the call centres from Pakistan . There are some still calling from Pakistan . They are mostly either promoting duck cleaning business or the online Quranic teaching .
Those are small timers. Big marketers sell online business techniques from start to finish. Almost all of them sell ideas that no one has ever implemented. What Siddique is trying to do is called affiliate marketing. You sell a book, for example, and 10 percent of the profit is yours. Sell 200 copies and you can earn anywhere between 500 to 800 dollars.
As you might know that Pakistani youth (females more than males) go after petty online jobs like typing or data entry. 90 percent of it is scam at a massive scale. Legitimate data entry is done in philippines and India and they earn 1/4 of peanuts for it. Logic is applied everywhere. Indian and filipinos are small timers. They can work for $.25/hour too. Too much poverty over there. Therefore data entry is for small-timers.
Pakistani youth should go for most demanded skills - data warehousing, social media management, and remote assistants for small businesses.
