گائے اور بھینس 3 کلو سے زیادہ گوبر نہ کرے: بھارتی حکام کا نیا شوشہ

بھارتی ریاست گجرات کی بلدیہ نے ایک نیا حکم نامہ جاری کیا ہے جس کے تحت گائے اور بھینس کیلئے 3 کلو سے زیادہ گوبر کرنے پر پابندی عائد کر دی گئی ہے۔


امریلی: (ویب ڈیسک) بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق بھارتی ریاست گجرات کے ضلع امریلی کی میونسپلٹی نے ایک عجیب و غریب ہدایت نامہ جاری کیا ہے جس میں کسی بھی گائے اور بھینس کو 3 کلو سے زیادہ گوبر کرنے پر پابندی عائد کر دی گئی ہے۔ جبکہ ان کے بچھڑوں کے لئے یہ مقدار صرف ایک کلو ہوگی۔

یہ ہدایت نامہ جاری کرنے کی منطق بیان کرتے ہوئے کہا گیا ہے کہ گائے اور بھینسوں کا فضلہ وزیر اعظم نریندر مودی کے صاف ستھرا بھارت پراجیکٹ کے منافی ہے۔

ضلعی انتظامیہ اس منصوبے پر عمل درآمد کو بہت سنجیدگی سے لے رہی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے امریلی ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے جاری باقاعدہ ہدایت نامے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اب گائے اور بھینسوں کو صرف مقررہ حدود اور علاقوں میں ہی گوبر کرنے کی اجازت ہوگی۔

اس کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کو گدھے پر بٹھا کر گھمانے کی بات بھی تحریری حکم میں کہی گئی ہے۔ بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق گوبر کا وزن کرنے کے لئے ایک خصوصی ٹیم بھی بنائی گئی ہے۔

Gujrat municipality passed a new order which limits cows and buffaloes to dung no more than 3 kgs.



AMRELI (Web Desk) Municipality of district Amreli, Gujrat has announced a surprising new order which restricts cow and buffalo dung to be no more than 3 Kgs in a day, Indian media reports. While the calves will only be permitted to excrete 1 Kg per day.


While explaining the purpose of this order, an official stated that the excess of excretion by cattle is a violation of Narendra Modis Clean India project. Moreover, the written order by district administration also states that cows and buffaloes will be only allowed to excrete in specified areas.


Another interesting aspect of this order is that whoever violates the rule will be penalized by riding a donkey. A team has been arranged to weigh cow dung in this process.
