نائب وزیراعظم و وزیر خارجہ اسحاق ڈار نے کہا ہے کہ امن و خوشحالی ہم سب کا مشترکہ ہدف ہونا چاہیے، پاکستان ہمیشہ خطے میں امن کا داعی رہا ہے، تاہم بھارت کے حالیہ اقدامات، خاص طور پر پہلگام فالس فلیگ آپریشن خطے کے امن کے لیے سنگین خطرہ بن چکے ہیں۔ اسحاق ڈار نے واضح کیا کہ ’پہلگام واقعہ بھارت کا سوچا سمجھا ڈرامہ ہے، جس کا مقصد اندرونی تحریکوں سے توجہ ہٹانا اور پاکستان کو جھوٹے الزامات کا نشانہ بنانا ہے۔‘

نائب وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ بھارت نے صرف 10 منٹ میں ایف آئی آر درج کرکے پاکستان پر الزام لگا دیا جو خود ایک سوالیہ نشان ہے۔ انہوں نے خبردار کیا کہ بھارت کا جنگی جنون خطے کو تباہی کی طرف دھکیل رہا ہے۔ اس موقع پر اسحاق ڈار نے اقوام متحدہ کی ان قراردادوں کا حوالہ بھی دیا جو مقبوضہ علاقوں میں حقِ خودارادیت سے متعلق ہیں اور کہا کہ کشمیر و فلسطین جیسے مسائل کا حل ناگزیر ہے۔

اسحاق ڈار نے کہا کہ ’پاکستان کسی بھی صورت پہل نہیں کرے گا، لیکن اگر جارحیت مسلط کی گئی تو بھرپور جواب دیا جائے گا۔ ہماری فوج مکمل تیار ہے اور بھارت کی مہم جوئی کے عزائم پہلے بھی ناکام بنائے جا چکے ہیں۔‘

اسحاق ڈار نے عالمی برادری سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ خطے کی بگڑتی صورتحال کا فوری نوٹس لے کیونکہ بھارت کے اقدامات نہ صرف خطے بلکہ عالمی امن کے لیے بھی خطرہ ہیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ریاست پاکستان کسی بھی طور پر پہلگام واقعے میں ملوث نہیں اور قومی سلامتی کمیٹی نے واضح کیا ہے کہ پانی کی بندش یا رُخ موڑنے جیسے اقدامات کو جنگی اقدام تصور کیا جائے گا۔

معاشی حوالے سے بات کرتے ہوئے نائب وزیراعظم نے قوم کو یقین دلایا کہ سازشی عناصر نے ملک کو ڈیفالٹ کے قریب پہنچایا لیکن اب زرمبادلہ کے ذخائر جلد 25 ارب ڈالر تک پہنچ جائیں گے اور پاکستان جلد عالمی معاشی قوتوں میں شامل ہوگا۔

Oh aye, what are the capabilities of Pakistani Air Force missiles? The F-16 uses AIM-120 AMRAAM all-weather missiles. It is also capable of home-on jamming, capable of switching from active homing to passive mode. It is capable of detecting if it is jammed and switches over to the proper guidance system.
PL12, range between 60km and 100km. Far better than R77 carried by most Indian jets.

PL15, range between 200km and 300km. Far exceeding anything deployed by the Americans. Americans are now trying to produce AIM260 to compete with China. India definitely has no answer to it. Meteor is far less capable, and range is lower too.

I am certain that if Raffale did come face to face with Pakistani J10 and JF17 III , it would either be destroyed before it detects its enemies. Or it will just keep itself out of the sight of the PL15 range.
