اسٹیٹ بینک کی روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس سے رقوم نکلوانے سے متعلق خبروں کی تردید

پاکستان اسٹیٹ بینک نے اوورسیز پاکستانیوں کی جانب سے روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس میں سے رقوم نکلوانے سے متعلق خبروں کی تردید کردی ہے۔

مائیکروبلاگنگ ویب سائٹ ٹویٹر پراسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کی جانب سے جاری کردہ بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سوشل میڈیا پر روشن دیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس سے بڑی رقوم کے نکلوائے جانے اور ترسیلات زر میں کمی سے متعلق خبریں گردش کررہی ہیں، مرکزی بینک ان خبروں کی سختی سے تردید کرتا ہے۔

اسٹیٹ بینک کے مطابق اپریل کے مہینے میں اب تک86 ملین ڈالر کی آمدن روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس کے ذریعے موصول ہوئی اور اس دوران کوئی غیر معمولی اخراج نہیں دیکھا گیا ، اب تک مجموعی طور پر کل آمدن4 بلین ڈالر سے تجاوز کرچکی ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی سابقہ حکومت کا ایک منصوبہ تھا جس کے ذریعے بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کو قانونی بینکنگ چینل کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے پاکستان میں اپنی رقوم بھیجنے پر قائل کیا گیا تھا۔

گزشتہ روز عمران خان کی حکومت کو گرائے جانے کے بعد پاکستان کی طرح دنیا بھر میں پاکستانیوں نے احتجاجی مظاہرے کیے ، اسی دوران سوشل میڈیا پر یہ خبریں بھی گردش کرنے لگیں کہ بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں نے روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹس سے رقوم نکلوانا شروع کردیا ہے اور اعلان کیا ہے کہ وہ عمران خان کی واپسی تک پاکستان رقم نہیں بھیجیں گے۔
