I tell you one thing, this will also not stop even with capital punishment. There is only one way and that is to open up the society , make sexual life easier, make marriage easier (like Muttah or Misyaar) and educate people. There is no other way to stop this sort of crimes.

اب ذرا موضوعِ تھریڈ کی طرف دیہان کرتے ہیں۔ یہ بات طے ہے کہ عبرت، خجالت ،ڈھیٹ پن اور بیغیرتی کی ساری منزلیں ملائیت کی اِک ہلکی سی جست سے جُڑی ہیں ۔۔ لیکن بطور انسان و مسلمان ہمارے شکستہ قلوب پر ایک بوجھ اور بڑھ جاتا ہے جب ان شیطان صفت درندوں کے خنجریری افعال کو اسلام سے ٹیگ کرکے سوالیہ نشان کھڑے کرنے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے۔۔

ہیونگ سیڈ دیٹ ۔۔حکومتِ وقت کیلئے یہ ایک نادر موقع ہے کہ وہ اس واقعہ کی چھتر چھایہ لیتے ہوئے تمام مدارس کو جدید علوم و فنون سے اپڈیٹ کرے۔۔ اور اس پراسس میں رخنہ ڈالنے والے عناصر کو ریاستی طاقت کے ساتھ کچلتے ہوئے دبڑ دوس کرے۔۔

ریاستی و معاشرتی ڈھانچہ کی دُوراندیشی کا تقاضہ تو یہی ہے لیکن گمان ہوتا ہے کہ ہمیشہ کی طرح معمولِ سیاست کا چلن اپنے ہی جمودی دائروں میں گھومتا رہے گا۔۔ کیونکہ اُن ایوانوں میں ایسے عفریتی عذابوں کا ذکر ہے نہ ان کو جڑ سے اکھاڑنے کا وژنری ہُنر ہے۔۔

کیا اسلام میں غیر شرعی جنسی تعلق جو ایک دوسرے کی مرضی سے ہو، اور دوسرا وہ تعلق جس میں دوسرے انسان کی مرضی نہ ہو بلکہ وہ زبردستی ہو، کیا ان دونوں اعمال کی سزا میں کوئی فرق ہے، یا ان کی بغیر کسی فرق کے ایک ہی سزا ہے ؟​

If you remember your question, I replied to that , because you showed lack in knowledge and I said either you are not Muslim or you do not have knowledge. Now I see you are probably not Muslim and you just want to exploit this for you satanic pleasure. Because quran clearly speak about the punsihments for these sins. And an example of for this action to be a sin is the STORY OF THE TRIBE OF LOATH.
A muslim cannot ask this question and will never ask this question, that is there any punishment for adultry or not, because the book we follow has given us every constitution and laws on how to pass this life.

You can have those modern systems and adopt for your family in which LGBT is wellcomed. But Islam clearly restrict these inhuman activities and they are considered worst sins. But as any human there are people in Muslims also who do any thing without caring about any restrictions, that doesn't change the constitution. Islam is a religion that will never get old, every modern invetion is already available and is mentioned in Quran. The laws are there the rewards and punishments are mentioned in Quran, and Muslims do beleive and follow those instruction of Quran. There is no straight forward answer as per my little knowledge but as per I know in Islamic society lawatat between to adults is punishable with death buy pushing them from height heads down and that is consensual or non consensual.
Any sharia law if you need to implement it has to be in the Islamic society. Yes there is no restriction to make a law by parliment which can be similar to sharia law.

Between man and women: consensual- married-On availability of 4 gawah stoned to death, un availability of 4 gawah swear on Quran 4 times....n married-on availability of evidence 80 leashes, nothing for unavailability of evidence.
