You could see the missile type? You must have awesome eyesight.
It did not miss the target. Dummy targets are used as a reference point, and not always destroyed, since they can be reused.
As for the video, it was a promotional video. The navy did not have to provide a complete multihour video of the exercises. Not sure what RT was looking for. Perhaps they were looking for some 'Putin' style general who could be perfroming choreographed drills like Putin is often videotaped doing

It didn't miss. Its an air burst missile, its supposed to explode before the target and spread shrapnel everywhere to kill the sailors and penetrate the less armour deck, rather than the heavily armour hull.

What type of question is this? Let me simplify:

A baloch serving in Pakistan army is not an Irani.
A Punjabi serving in Pakistan army is not a Sikh

A Pashtun speaking Pashtu serving in Pakistan army is not Afghan army soldier.

Conclusion: Pakistan is multi ethnic and Pashtuns are as Pakistani as you are. Over and out?
