Buying weapons to counter Pakistan is a waste of money. It will be strategic blunder of India to enter full scale war with Pakistan. Rather India has to try and form an alliance with Pakistan due to the Chinese threat. Why is Modi so hell bent on getting India surrounded by dangerous enemies?
