PTI withdraws application seeking disqualification of Asif Zardari

اسلام آباد : پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے سابق صدر آصف علی زرداری کیخلاف نااہلی ریفرنس واپس لےلیا، آصف زرداری کی نااہلی کیلئےالیکشن کمیشن میں ریفرنس دائرکیاگیاتھا۔

پاکستان تحریک اںصاف کی رہنما خرم شیرزمان کا کہنا تھا کہ آصف زرداری کےخلاف مصدقہ شواہدملےہیں،یہ معاملہ سپریم کورٹ میں لیکرجاؤں گا۔

واضح رہے کہ پی ٹی آئی آصف زرداری کی نااہلی کیلئےالیکشن کمیشن میں ریفرنس دائرکیاگیاتھا، ریفرنس کے متن میں آصف زرداری کے امریکا میں اپارٹمنٹ چھپانے کو جواز بنایا گیا۔ ریفرنس میں کہا گیا کہ آصف زرداری نے گوشواروں میں یہ اپارٹمنٹ ظاہر نہیں کیا، آرٹیکل 62 اور 63 کے تحت تمام اثاثے ظاہر کرنا لازم ہے لہذا اثاثے چھپانے پر آصف زرداری رکن اسمبلی رہنے کے اہل نہیں۔

دوسری جانب پی ٹی آئی رہنما خرم شیرزمان نے سماجی روابط کی ویب سائٹ ٹیوٹر پر بھی سابق صدر آصف زرداری کےاثاثوں سےمتعلق ٹوئٹ کیاتھا۔ پی ٹی آئی رہنما کا کہنا تھا کہ ےآئی ٹی نےزرداری کی مشکلات میں اضافہ کردیا،آصف زرداری 22عددبلٹ پروف گاڑیوں کےمالک ہیں،2011ء سےاب تک کی ویلتھ اسٹیٹمنٹ میں اس کاذکرنہیں ۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا ہےکہ 2018عام انتخابات کےنامزدگی فارم میں بھی ذکر نہیں کیاگیا پاناماکی طرح جےآئی ٹی کااردواورسندھی ترجمہ بھی آناچاہیے ۔

The Chairman ECP excused himself from hearing this petition, and instead appointed a Sindhi ECP officer as head of the tribunal. The PTI rep in his meeting with the ECP head sensed that he was compromised, and there is no hope for a fair hearing, so they decided to withdraw petition from ECP and instead decided to go directly to the Supreme Court.

SC registrar will reject the application saying to go to the "concerned" department first. In this case, its ECP and then high courts and then supreme courts.

Its all topi drama so its obvious that there is a deal with Zardari and this new topi drama is to give him more time.
