Very slow steps, it looks like that lock down and corona will stay many years.let the people work, let the shops open. 70% shops are closed but 80% population is on the roads and markets, it seems lock down become useless. Lock down only destroying small businesses. Small business men, retailers are in vert bad conditions. There is lack of coordination in between government departments, police, ranger, even army fails to keep people at home then why are you killing small business men and retailers. Let them work with some SOPs and preventi e measures. If not possible then impose curfew for 15 days and don't let anybody come out of their houses so that the spread of corona could be controlled
