Hey idiot patwari do these guys have anything in writing that they will have three seats instead of one for one passenger. They paid extra because of demand and supply. No other airline was operating so PIA charged extra as other airlines do when demand is high. Plus who told these stupids to visit Pakistan during pandemic. Airplane is a close environment for several hours and at colder temperatures, perhaps it is the most favorable for virus survival and catching infection. All public transport is bad but planes are the worst. IMHO, 2 or 4 meters won't make much difference and this person is making unneeded fuss.
There are several SOPs that airline has to follow before the flight, to avoid an infected passenger and for disinfecting plane/entrance/washroom etc. The most important precaution, in this case, is the usage of disinfectant and masks for all times -- not counting inches and feet. This person is a bit more irked by airfare than for care.
