One peaceful solution of Kashmir..

There won't be another war between India and Pakistan over Kashmir for many reasons, and I think following maybe a peaceful solution of Kashmir.

1. Line of Control be declared as the International Border between India and Pakistan.
2. Siachen be demilitarised and given to Pakistan as it was before 1984.
3. Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir be given the status of self ruled, autonomous territory under Indian constitution by invoking article 370.
4. Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir be demilitarised totally.
5. As per article 370 only Kashmiris should be able to buy properties in the state of Jammu Kashmir, their state will be ruled by themselves only.
6. Pakistan must stop supporting separatist elements in Indian held Kashmir, and India must stop financing and supporting separatist elements inside Pakistan such as Balochistan.
7. After this deescalation in Kashmir, India and Pakistan both must downsize their army by 1/4th (25%), cut down arms race and defence budget by 25%, spend the saved funds on the welfare of their people.

To attack on India and get 100% results, Pakistan army should be min 25 time stronger then Indian army technologically. Pakistan army was never designed and trained to attack any other army or country. Due to economical issue Pakistan Army doctrine is best defense with minimum deterrence.

Put is simple way when Pakistan's economy will be double in size of India, Pakistan will be able to attach India and get Kashmir by force. Till then generals knows their limitations, so they have to act wisely
