He probably be a drug dealer if proven not a terriorist only a terriorist is dangorous for a society. And until he is proven by court he has right to get bail. If the courts proves him innocent who will the responsible for his 7 month? Its better first prove him criminal then put behind the bar.

The point is very simple, he went to the LHC for bail application. He is granted bail, not exonerated from his alleged crimes. LHC did not hear the evidence in his case, it is not entitled to hear the evidence in this case.
Therefore, why they are allowed claim in the media that they are already proven innocent!!

Until proven guilty is one thing, but it is a practice all around the world that the law enforcing agencies arrest people on suspicion of crimes and charge them, imprison them on remand.
So what is so special about this thug!!
Evidence is not for you and I it is for the court which holds the trial. Not even for the LHC.
The evidence suggest that it was difficult to administer his trial due to the judges and lawyers reluctance.
We need to know why!! There is lot more to this case than meet the eyes.
