1. All traders must be allowed for 03 months to legalize or sell material available.

2. A universal coding system linked with FBR shall be developed in these three months to tag items.

3. Since all items cannot be tagged, a system shall be thought (experts shall be hired) and developed to legalize smuggled items.

4. After three months, army and university students shall be deployed to verify markets.

5. A simplified universal sale and purchase machine shall be developed by the FBR with experts to keep the sale and purchase record at all shops.

6. Government shall come out of traders blackmailing and illegal activities shall not be allowed under blackmailing.

7. People shall made aware to receive legal receipt for all sales and purchase.

8. Already enough time and requests have been made to traders to work in legalize frame of work. Its time for the action now.

9. We are tired of listening daily basis debate of tax shortages and tax evasion.

10. 5000 Rupee note shall be abolished and a new note of 500 rupees shall be the minimum.

11. People shall be encouraged to use banking cards for sale and purchase. At least, cities and towns available with 4G shall be brought under legalize frame of work.

This trace and track system (code labels) had been suggested by the ex FBR chairman Shabar Zaidi for 5 industries to start with. These industries which included sugar, cement, and tobacco, filed a plea in the court and got a stay. God knows how much they paid to the judge to get the stay and how many decades this stay will stay unheard. It is Pakistan for you. Nothing can be done until the government is willing to impose its decisions and has a majority in both houses to amend the laws.
