For China and Turkey..... outrightly YES.
For Russia..... As long as China is firmly standing behind Pakistan I do not see any reason not to normalize our ties with Russia. I am very certain our relations with Russians will gradually grow based upon mutual respect and mutual benefits.... economic benefits being the foremost. Putin is not a bad person, he's a victim of mainly American and to a lesser extent West's negative propaganda because of his strong personality and not bowing in front of them. With his sports background, he fits to gel extremely good with sportsman Imran Khan.
For very obvious reasons it will be a BIG BIG blunder, in fact suicidal, to enter into a visa free entry regime with Iran and Afghanistan at this point in time. Once the Taliban takes a firm control of entire Afghanistan then things can be worked out with them for mutual benefit. However, I can never ever even think to open up Pakistan's borders to Iranians under the present regime. It can be possible once saner, educated Iranians take control of their country who are well versed with the sensitivities of international relations based upon "Live and Let live" peacefully, and NOT meddling into the affairs of other countries with a specific misguided agenda. Pakistan earned its peace after sacrificing thousands of its soldiers and civilians in the past 4 decades. Now the peaceful apple-cart should not be disturbed under any circumstances on one pre text or another.
After learning bitter lessons, Pakistanis will be the last people on this planet earth to let terror proxies coming freely to Pakistan and turning this peaceful country into Yemen, Syria, Lebanon or Libya.
