All over the world if you are a suspect of any crime, police can come arrest you, charge you and put you in jail till they present you in front of a judge, then you can either plead guilty or non guilty? But you are in jail till the case is going on, unless judge grants you a bail.
What if you are charged with a crime and you disappear?

Your whataboutism is showing. Are you claiming Javed Latif is the rightful owner of the 30 kanal land and it has been seized from him illegally? Accountability will eventually be across the board but someone has to implement a strong foundation first. If half of the PTI members are locked up then the Government would fail before it could change the system. IK is not a child and he knows this.

The bigger goal is that all the institutions become independant so that everyone can be investigated without political interference. Give it time and you will find many other corrupt people will be caught out. The big fish come first.
