If it's another roof fire then it means the batteries should not have been placed in the roof. The hot temperature in Pakistan will cause overheating. All the buses will need a redesign or relocation of the batteries.
That's just bad design, batteries are heavy and will move the center of gravity high making it very susceptible to falling over. All the cars which have batteries keep them as low to the ground as possible.

I'm not certain if batteries are in the roof. Someone already posted about it so I'm just assuming they are there. The actual bus battery should be in the engine bay. It could be some other smaller batteries in the roofspace or even some other components that overheat due to the extreme Pakistani temperatures.
The most likely issue will be that the Cinese have probably used cheap wiring which cannot withstand the electrical current and start overheating and melting.
