I wonder why coronavirus which is so fatal in Iran and rest of the world is not fatal im Pakistan. May be the real data is not available.

Just wait a couple of weeks, the death rate will shoot up. Pakistan is infested with these jahil anchors, intellectuals, and molvies.
If you look at the "closed cases" data, Pakistan has about 25% death rate, while the world death rate for closed cases is about 18% at the moment. These numbers will continue to change.
Closed cases are cases where patients have either recovered or died after getting infected. It excludes active cases.

Data shows countries aren't equally affected by #COVID

Confirmed cases:
Mar 1- PK 4; US 69
Mar 30 PK 1876; US 160,000

Ok less testing in Pakistan, but the dead can't be hidden

Fatalities:
Mar 1 - PK 1, US 69
Mar 30 -PK25, US 3000
Median Age: PK 23, US 38

Age is a key variable

These graphs do not make a good comparison, as it depends on how many tests are conducted in two countries. You acknowledge that.

However, there a couple of things we must keep in mind.

1) So far, the death rate of closed cases in Pakistan is higher than the world death rate. This is one of the key measures to look at.

2) Age only helps to some extent, these young people must be infecting many old people in their homes and whoever comes in their contact. So sooner or later, the virus will spread to the older generation, and the death rate will increase further. Keep in mind that people remain asymptotic for about two weeks but still contagious.

3) Comparing Pakistan with the USA is not really a good comparison. We do not know when exactly the virus arrived in Pakistan or the USA. We should look at the transmission rate in Pakistan and the death rate of "closed cases". Every country has its own demographics, culture, and health facilities. Eventually, how it plays out in each country depends on these factors.
