This is the reason why we are third world country. In first country the news will be like this that Police Man didn't issue ticket to PM Canada on traffic violation.
Mean its very unusual in 3rd world country a traffic violation ticket issued to anyone with status where as in first world its unusual that Police will not issue a traffic violation ticket even if the PM of country violates law.
