Not entirely true though my friend. One doesn’t have to be a blood cancer specialist to serve as a health minister to crack this scam. In fact in the entire civilized world, the health ministers may have never been active members of health industry. They utilize capable and trustworthy resources and expertise to run their ministerial affairs. This woman had added advantage that having been a doctor herself, she was in a better position to thwart any loopholes in medical diagnostics which that Banarsi thug could have utilized. She failed miserably , and must assume its responsibility.
