I follow them all....so what exactly should be done ?
They are not allowed to have a different opinion anymore?
There is no harm having a different opinion. The problem is that some people like Sethi clearly go against the interest of his Country, Pakistan. I don’t know others therefore can not comment on them. I know Sethi though and I have absolutely no doubt that he is a paid mouthpiece of the West, a traitor indeed.
I am not writing on a religious point of view, that is a different issue altogether. Unfortunately, because of the leaflets this incident is turned towards an issue which is now hotly debated in the media. Who knows; who these people are and on whose instructions they are working?
The issue is that these so called liberals are quite when something contrary to their belief system happens which exposes their point of view. Then these liberals show such hypocrisy and keep quite and mum, no condemnations and regrets for the loss of life of innocent Pakistani citizens. It is becoming evidently clear, who is involved in murders of the innocent people of Pakistan and who causes the mayhem in Pakistan.
In the west people write against the policies, procedures, laws and issues, but they do not commit treason and write against the interest and security of their own country.
Unfortunately, in Pakistan it is quite common, these sold out agents, do exactly this, write, agitate, conceal evidence, help, gloss over the facts, try to lie in an efforts to change opinions.
I must add, I wholeheartedly condemn the murder of Bhatti, he was a human being and a Pakistani, and his life was as valuable as anyone else’s.
The point is, what about thousands of Pakistanis who have died and die in numbers every day? Who is killing them? There is no issue of “Prophet’s SAW” namoos in their killing. Why those murders every day are not reprehensible? Why Pakistanis and the media don’t make this much fuss every day for these innocent Pakistanis? Just because they are poor people, because of their poverty they are voiceless? This is what bothers me a lot.
I give two examples from yesterday’s Capital talk; Mir brought a Pushtoon Journalist who said all the Pushtoon Journalists are given threats after the murder of Babar in Karachi.
Then Hamid Mir disclosed that the person who wrote the number plate of the car involved in the murder of Babar, and the Policeman who tried to trace the car, both were murdered and their bodies were found in the “Sacks” (boris), with a note left in the sack, a warning to all those who try to investigate these murders, their fate would be the same.
Why no fuss and hue and cry on their murders? Who are famous for using sacks (bori me lash) for deceased bodies in Pakistan?
Everyone’s life is as precious as it was for BB, Tasir or Bhatti. In any other country, with so much loss of life, the Prime Minister, President and Interior Minister would have resigned. But in Pakistan, nobody even raises the question and asks for these people to leave their comfy seats and let those people take over who can tackle these serious issues with seriousness and dedication it deserves.
With every passing day, it is becoming evident, the people are sanitised deliberately so they are becoming use to and are accepting this terror and killings of innocent people every day. This is the most serious issue facing the Pakistani people, but unfortunately, no one raises any voice on this fundamental issue.
Pakistanis are made heartless, slowly and gradually, purposefully and systematically, and unfortunately, the so called elites, politicians, journalists, bureaucrats have close their eyes and shrug their shoulders from the responsibilities they should be bearing. This is the biggest problem in Pakistan. People should have been livid due to these killings, but no such thing is happening in Pakistan.
