Absolutely Fake . Drugs/Vaccines are not missiles that you “launch”. There is a proper method of drug/vaccine development like discovery >preclinical POC studies>Phase I safely clinical trials >Phase II/III efficacy clinical trials > FDA approvals +/- phase IV trial. For everyone’s information there are over 90 vaccines for COVID-19 at various stages of development, 6 of them are in the Phase I safely trials. So please be patient and take care until we have a vaccine.

Testing is ongoing all over the world, and numerous positive results with consistency are required before something qualifies as a cure. ....what these guys in the press conference are touting is as if they have found a cure based on limited and random success.
Remember what happened with chloroquine in the beginning? People started buying them off the shelf and started self medicating.
