I can name few sitting r afghans prof mujajdi ,prof rabani,gulbaden hikmatyar, Noora in middle and guy in the left with coat tie is late sadiq kangu who was forgien minister ,the far rite is saudi I don't know and left side of Noora is iranian diplomat I guess it was 93-94 islamabad accord between different factions of Afghanistan
