I am big admirer of Khan as a cricketer and also as a social worker but politics is a different beast. I don't think Khan has any performance credit which he can show and say; hey I am not only a great cricketer but greatest politician as well and here are my services (nothing to show). The best thing in his political career (at the tail end) is his stance to stand against military establishment which will be remembered for long-time. I don't see any immediate good impact as military establishment has strengthened their control more than ever however in the long run it could be beneficial in civil supremacy.
If current government performs as it look like they will, Khan has no future in government again. He will remain a KPK power but federal government is likely to remain beyond his reach.
