Two things.
1) The person who posted here this thread didn't watch the video. Contrary to the title of the thread the above video says that according to the laws of Physics the rotation of the earth can never stop completely . See the video at 1:10 minutes.
2) The video also never mentions Prophet Muhammad PBUH prediction about earth stopping from rotation.

But the Hadees is not quoted correctly. It never said that the earth will stop rotating.

al-Bukhaari (4635) and Muslim (157) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The Hour will not begin until the sun rises from its place of setting. When it rises from its place of setting, all people will believe, but on that day ‘no good will it do to a person to believe then, if he believed not before,’ [al-An’aam 6:158].”
But as per current scenario, it will take millions of years. It mean some unusual and unimaginable thing will happen which will make the sun to rise from west and also make all the unbeliever to believe in oneness of Allah.

You need to quote the Hadees from Saheeh Bukharee where Prophet Muhammad PBUH explained how it would happen.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH never menioned that the sun will rise from the west because the earth would start rotating in the opposite direction.
Instead he had said that it would happen due to the rotation of sun.

And that is the interpretation of the Statement of Allah: And the sun Runs its fixed course For a term (decreed). that is The Decree of (Allah) The Exalted in Might, The All- Knowing. (36.38)

earth rotation will not stop, what can happen is the switching of earth’s magnetic field, which will make East into West and vice versa

In Islamic scripture Earth is not rotating but rather the sun is physcially flying across the sky and landing at a fixed physical location on the Earth and goes under the ground to rise from its physical rising position.
If you read the hadith from the context of modern science then it will be confusing. But if you read it from the context of how Quran and other Islamic sources described the Earth and the Sun then. It makes more sense.
Around 400 years after the Quran was written, Arabs changed the tafsirs of the Quran to make it more compatible with modern understanding of solar system. You Can read the older original tafsirs on this matter if you dont believe me.
