Should we curse Shabaaz Sharif as people did to MK regarding rain in Karachi

OR

Lets behave our self and accept that the drainage system in major cities is not capable of handling heavy showers for a slightly longer time. And ask the relative authorities to improve it..

I was looking for posts on the forums about Shahbaz Sharif that he has done such work in the last 8 years that nothing can happen at all. Apparently no one posted high resolution images or videos in every blog. Or am I too incapable to find them on this site. Please someone help me.
