He is right in his own capacity. Quran is certainly not compatible to the way of life of an atheist and a secular person or the type of govt they want. but there are more people to support sharia than those who oppose it, problem is, opposition speaks loud and clear and we just whisper. do we have a single scholar who can counter argument with Pervez Hoodbhoy with same intellect and wisdom imprints in his words as these atheists seem to exhibit? the way Hoodbhoy is propagating atheism in the cloak of secularism is certainly having an effect on our youth who is fed up with Molvi culture. Islam is the only and true way of life, all we need is to spread this message objectively. far and wide. and we need to hurry up because time is slipping..

(Lo! Religion) that is accepted (with Allah (is) the Surrender (to His will and guidance)). It is also said that this should be understood as: Allah bears witness that Religion with Him is Islam (the Surrender), and the angels, the prophets and the believers also bear witness to this. This verse was revealed about two men from Historic Syria who asked the Prophet (pbuh) which is the greatest witness in the Book of Allah. When he informed them about it, they embraced Islam. (Those who (formerly) received the Scripture) the Jews and Christians (differed) about Islam and Muhammad (only after knowledge) the exposition of what is in their Scripture (came unto them, through transgression among themselves) out of resentful envy. (Whoso disbelieveth the revelations of Allah) Muhammad and the Qur'an ((will find that) Lo! Allah is swift at reckoning) severe in His punishment. Tafsir Ibn Abbas
It simply says the only Deen which will be accepted is Islam, I am asking you to tell me how its a complete way of life ? You know the context of the question, its a very specific question about a claim made earlier, so the answer should be in the boundries of this context, thanks.

No one will guide you until & unless you have quest , thirst & lust deep inside of you to dive deep in the ocean of knowlegde . other wise you will keep wandering astray here & there with sqr(1) = 1 position. and please take Quran & Hadith with you for your journey, surely they will lead you to the truth.
