Secondly even the mughul empire of Babar and Humayun only covered 30% of India.....in addition to that the Mughal rule was limited to Delhi after Nadir shahs Invasion in 1739 and marathas were in power in over 50% of India and therefore Hindus ruled over 50% of India from the time of Bajirao 1 untill the 4th Anglo Maratha war in 1812......

How does this add up to 1000 years ruling India?? khotey ki aulaad? There was hardly 50 years of Akbars reign and 50 years of Auranzebs reign where 90% of India was actually ruled by Muslims....the rest of the time the % ranged from 20 to 50%.....
