How do other countries do it? Oh right. They nip the problem in the bud by clamping down on Phone smuggling. But since this is Pakistan, we can't do so much hard work. So we need a shortcut. Make people register their Mobiles with us. Typical BS moves, handing over more and more control over to government agencies.
