Poll : What should be the future of Kashmir ?

Today is Kashmir day and chutti in pakistan so i decided about making a Poll about this issue. Even though it's the kashmiris who are suffering, pakistanis are celebrating holiday. It seems kashmir has become an ego issue for both India and Pakistan.

The purpose of this thread is to get an idea of what kashmiris living abroad think about the future of Jammu and kashmir. If a referendum was held today, what will you vote for

a) join pakistan
b) join india
c) become independent country

Recently scotland voted in a similar poll. So let's see what Kashmiris living abroad (who are not biased for/against Pakistan or India) think about this issue.

my vote is for independent state. i think it is best solution for kashmiris because neither india nor pakistan would want to lose this battle. so an independent kashmir would be like a draw between india and pakistan. besides i dont want kashmiris to go from indian occupation to punjab occupation.
