As a voter we can force a politician and then its politician job to make laws for everyone. Currently PMLN is the ruling party who is stopping them to pass law?

No. Such a law is impractical and unnecessary, specialy in this age of rapid communications, global corporations and educational institutions. In any event, the basic rights and privileges of the children cannot be restricted because of their parents.
Perhaps, only, what we need is when a person assumes the office, (or whatever the criteria), all of his business affairs are placed under a blind state trust. However we need stricter laws and standards to charge a person under the conflict of interests. Only political activism and stronger and powerful political parties can clean the mess. No law can turn a prime minister or a minister ammune to corrupt practices due to inherent authority in his hand. But whenever one is caught, exemplary punishments should be handed by law and by the party and the accomplices are not accorded any accuse. Good gesture of changing DP.
