KPK Government is involved in Millions of Rupee Deal with a private company to purchase Office Automation ERP which Federal Government is offering free of cost to all the Provinces and Districts.

Every provincial GOVT has its own requirements. The one bought by Federal GOVT might not have fulfilled the requirements of KPK Govt departments as customization need to be done on ERP systems. Some ERPs do not allow certain type of customizations according to the business requirement.

By law this company cannot sell this software as it is proprietary software of Govt. The company is warned many times to avoid this. No there is panic in that company after this advisory. If kPK govt needs any customization, it is Govt's duty to do it for KP.

Your answer speaks a lot about your S/W development claim and your mental level. And you have no idea of Government business process. BTW many coders, like you (if claim is true) testers, debuggers, and implementer work under me.:)

18th Amendment has not changed rules of business; it has given the business to provinces.
This ERP/GRP is based on only the common functions of a ministry and is backbone for e-gov.
i. file movement management (common in all Fed/Provinces)
ii. finance/budgeting of a ministry (common in all Fed/Provinces)
iii. project management (common in all Fed/Provinces)
iv. inventory mangement (common in all Fed/Provinces)
v. human resource management (common in all Fed/Provinces)

It does not address the agency specific matters which are different according to job of every ministry (in all Fed/Provinces). for ministry specific task both at federal & province level they are developing agency specific application.

All the agency specific applications are to be integrated with this ERP/GRP.
