One of the best program, i have ever watched!

I belong to 2nd group (Sarkaari Taat School). I always felt pity and sympathy for the 3rd group and hated 1st group( although, i know that this hate is completely unjust).
And, i m sure that if this 2nd and 3rd group is given the opportunity of education in a same school, they will eat the 1st group alive ie educationally!

There is a fourth category which will fit between the first two categories, a category to which Banka belongs. What about those like Banka who are neither Urdu medium nor English, who are neither rich nor poor and who are neither religious nor areligious?

We can not limit our country due to diverse needs of people, and different departments in our society. We can not have everyone be a doctor or lawyer etc. I now people that have attended all 3 systems in their life, and that makes them a better student and have experience to do their job in diverse society. We do need Hafiz, Qari, Doctor, Lawyer, Teacher etc, and they have to attend their associated department schools. But in the end, all of them be serving Pakistani people. Most developed countries have diverse system of education. So I welcome diverse systems of education in our country. The diverse system of education does not divide country, but in fact makes it competent as a nation.

Thanks mr.safi very nice programme but what do you think who should take care of it. Federal and provincial govts should sit down and work out on one sylabus which have to be taught in the whole country with some regional courses as optional but responsibility lies on govt to carry out the education as one system in line, no difference, no ifs and buts then we can proceed with other countries in education. Religous schools should have also other subjects like english, math, history and IT etc and teach skilled labour also so when they come out of schools ,they can get the jobs in different fields.

A doctor can be a Haifz, an engineer can lead prayer. Diversity and Division are two different things.

Excellent program. I really felt for the student who is poor. EDUCATION should be on top of the list for anyone who wants to improve Pakistan and aspires to be in Government. No one pays any attention to education, we have been seeing this for years. Education is so important. In US, the lobbying starts in educational institutions. The lobbyists pick people when they are in final year of high school or in the undergrad studies. They are trained and made part of different political organizations. Readers will be surprized to know that over 90% of future Congressmen, senators and those holding key positions in decision making bodies and agencies are from that group which might have been selected 10-20 years ago. We should create similar education system for all schools and then create think tanks within colleges/universities, groom and developer builders of Pakistan.

I am sorry, but I think you do not have a good understanding of educational system. I have lived in US and Canada for years and still am in this area. I don't think there are diverse education systems here. Some public schools are better than others, but there is not as much disparity or diversity as found in Pakistan. All children of Pakistan should get equal access to the best possible education system in the country. They should not be discriminated based on how much their parents or bread earners make. This is just ridiculous.

Also, Atensari very rightly said: A doctor can be a Haifz, an engineer can lead prayer. Diversity and Division are two different things.

Support a better system instead of having a fuedal mind and keeping the poor education system in Pakistan. Education makes all the difference. If we have better and fair education, we'll have better Pakistan.

What I meant was, that every developed country in the world has 3 type of schools or more.

1. Religious schools.
2. Public schools, a system run by govt.
3. Private schools.

Most of the time private school are expansive in every country. We can improve our school systems, but it will take some time.

Yes, a doctor can be a Hafiz and can lead prayer, but we need Mufti who got a doctor of Islam degree from a religious schools, and we need doctor or engineer etc who got Phd from private or public schools. Once again we do need diverse system of education to match with degree in need of a student and the society in which we all live.

Thanks for your input, I will support a system that will giva a better future for all Pakistani, and yes education makes all the difference. I think the rich people of Pakistan need to pay tax as much they can, so we can give better public school system to our future generations. To the point of understanding education system of USA or Canada etc, you lived in these countries and I have attanded classes in these countries and I know inside and the outside of the systems and they do have religious schools and private and public, but their public pay tax to govt to support a better education system. I think our country is so much better then most countries in the world, because education is free for most people, it is a student who needs to work hard and achieve his or her goals, can be a doctor or teacher or hafiz for free.

Do you know how much it cost to be a MD or MBBS DOCTOR in USA? I will tell you, it cost a student of any type around $300,000, in Pakistan Rupee about Rs. 25,000,000 and they finish the school in avg of 10 years after 12 years of up to High school education. But in Pakistan it is almost free for any student to be a doctor, for some it is about $100 a year while they are in medical school and it is only 5 years to complete. Every year about 3500 MBBS doctors and engineers go to USA, Canada, Europe, Middle-East, and all over the world after getting free education from Pakistan. :alhamd: What we need to do now is how can we keep these doctors and engineers in our country and provide service to Pakistani people.

As we seen in program as compare to Pakistan. Is the curriculum of these school and provided facilities are entirely different from one and others?

We are talking about primary education. At school level curriculum should be equal, after school let them decide which field they want to specialize.

@mjzafar

Some more info since you are from the area of USA and Canada, do you know how long does it take an avg student to pay of their loans they get while in school? On avg it takes them 15 to 25 years to pay off the loan they get in their school life. So most of the the time is gone in getting loans to pay for education, and then pay them back to the banks or fed govt. But in Pakistan no loans and student does not spend their entire life of paying the loans back. Since we have free education system for all and anyone that has desire to be doctor, teacher etc, they can for free, now you tell me who has fuedal mind.
