So I see nothing wrong with it. NAB will carry out an investigation of its own based on the JIT and its evidences and on the findings of that investigation file a reference or references.
But I know this is not even remotely enough for our besabra Pakistani public who believe in chat magni aur chat shadi. I do agree the wheels of law do turn very slowly in Pakistan, specially because those wheels have been stationary for so long but due process has to take place.
Although CJP went overboard in his attempt to be neutral by saying how is it possible for a CM to abscond when in very recent history we have the case of a sitting Federal Finance Minister running away and that too in the PMs plane. So a CM running away is not all that alarming or impossible.
