MIAN SAABS upper chamber is empty,he knows that Pakistanis suffer from amnesia and when ever he signs their lives away he reminds them of the milk and honey flowing in their sewers where they live on heaps of rubbish, all they have to do is lift the manhole covers, like they are doing in Sindh and the milk and honey will flow out.
