lolz kaka4u. tum ne bhi judges ko serious le liya yaar.
I think after 25 years when pakistan has disintegrated into 4 parts this judgement may be remembered by some as the turning point when corruption became legal. Hopefully I would have gained citizenship to another country by then.
Since 1947 Pakistani judiciary have been saving the powerful and they have continued their tradition. In 1954, pakistani judiciary invented the term doctrine of necessity. In 2015, they made history by declaring an election largely lawful after investing the term irregularity for rigging. In 2017, pakistan judiciary has once again made history by creating a JIT after accepting that respondent 1 (i.e. Nawaz Sharif) was lying and submitting forged documents. Credit to the 2 judges who added a dissenting note but the fact is that they were in the minority.
