Hotmail/Outlook won't refresh.

After being updated my hotmail/outllook account won't refresh. Is anyone in the UK having similar problems or any suggestions to fix this problem?? Deleting temporary files has not worked.

Yahoo account is fine so could there be a problem with the system??
