The sad part is that Ishaq Dar is making fool of poor Pakistani. Foreign loans have to be invested in "developmental projects" NOT "Consumption projects" like Bus & Trains. Top developmental projects are:

1. Three to Four Water Towers in Each Tehsil. Giving people basic human needs: water. May be three hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening and minimal charge from Public and regular charge from Business, Schools, Universities, and Government institutions.

2. Best example of developmental projects are: Business Incubators in Basic Human Needs production and Packaging: 100-150 units can be established in each districts creating millions of jobs. Money equivalent to one metro bus project is more than enough for these water & food projects including pharmaceuticals. All units can be run by 40 Ft container power plants.

Sadly no one talks on these economic issues on TV or media. People are disconnected. Few families are looting country.
