I also need help with unlocking of my iPhone 4S. I got it just after it was launched in Oct 2010. It is locked/connected to T-Mobile UK network. I understand that it is relatively easy to unlock for other networks like O2 or Voda but not T Mobile. Now after 3 years I have moved to another country but cannot use this iPhone there. Can you or any other knowledgeable person on this forum help me in this regards? Thanks

yes you can go for gv sim and if you are runing ios 5.1.1 and your device is jailbreaked you can download an app called blacksnow after install this tweak you can run your sim like factory unlock

Till last year, the unlock was only 25 but since T mobile and orange combine together, the price has gone up to 90. Now-a-days I think its around 75. If you have waited that much, may be wait a little bit more and may be the price come down. The best site for unlocking and checking the price is xpresscodes.net

gv is just like a sim its like factory unlock work perfectly
