Floating Annoying Ads on siasat.pk

Does anyone know how to stop getting these floating video ads comes in after every few minutes on the siasat.pk website?

Use Adblock plus. I'm sure admin won't like it but it's the way.:P

Yes these are very annoying, I am sure adin agreed about these, I'd that's the case these should not floating all around.
