This is a very sad story. Poverty is number 1 enemy of India. Number 2 is poor leadership, bureaucracy week law and order situation. Indians will have to accept this and try our best to help eradicate poverty. Thank God slowly and surely this is happening, India is now galloping to prosperity and hopefully this rise in GDP will help the poorest of India. These types of videos helps Indians to look at the PAIN of poorest among us. We have to realize that India is still a poor nation(not as poor as Pakistan) but we are on right path.
So masadi and Pakistani Chicken, you guys seem to like these kind of video. There are no shortages of video like these in poor countries. In open countries like India we tend to report these things and don't try to hide them. After all accepting you have a problem is the first step in solving it, which is what Pakistanis never do. So from now onwards every time you post any sad video like this I will try to put similar video of Pakistan in your post . So that you have chance to share the feeling of these poor souls.

Remember, INDIA IS STILL A POOR COUNTRY AND HAS THOUSANDS OF PROBLEMS BUT WE ALL KNOW WE ARE BETTER THAN PAKISTAN.

i can list thousands of items which are still behind the indian media. It is black spot on humanity, there is no reason to enjoy that my friend.
