ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق قومی اسمبلی کے علاوہ بلوچستان، خیبر پختونخوا اسمبلیاں تحلیل ہوچکی ہیں جبکہ سندھ
اسمبلی کسی بھی وقت تحلیل کی جاسکتی ہے اس کے علاوہ پنجاب میں بھی نگراں سیٹ اپ کے لئے مذاکرات جاری ہیں ، جس کے بعد صدر آصف علی زرداری نے آئندہ عام انتخابات 11 مئی کو کرانے کا فیصلہ کرلیا جس کا اعلان
وہ آئندہ چند روز میں قوم سے خطاب میں کریں گے۔

President Asif Ali Zardari has reportedly decided on May 11 as the date for holding the general elections 2013, Express News reported on Tuesday.
But, since Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has not given a date for the dissolution of Punjab Assembly, it is uncertain whether polls for the Punjab Assembly will also be held on the same day.
Earlier, the four chief ministers of the country had reached consensus over holding general elections across the country on the same day.
The Election Commission of Pakistan had submitted a tentative schedule to the government, with proposals for holding elections between May 6 and 9.
The ministers also decided to dissolve the provincial and national assemblies at the same time. However, Shahbaz Sharif later denied the reports that he had agreed to dissolve the assembly on March 19.

Wake up call for Pakistani's

Dear Bunch of People (Not calling Nation because it is first time to prove and become a Nation)

Hope all of you be fine but suffering from the worst of worst ills of Pakistani Democracy...
Lot of has been written and said by the great Scholars like Haroon Rasheed, Hassan Nisar etc...
But
with due apology, nothing has been transformed in this bunch of people...
I found a chance to meet some lay level of our community in past some days...
Literally, I got disappointed by them... My dream that laymen will vote for PTI crashed...

Now the only hope which might sustained is the educated youth and those elders who understand the dilemma of this society...
If this segment of society is really thinking for change, then my dream may again start taking breath...

IK is principled man but I quote Mr. Asghar khan (Air Martial) that IK is a great man but is in wrong society.. His principles don't match with the Ill principled society.... so this is a huge contrast among the people and IK.... unfortunately we didn't try to rectify this contrast which might result in IK defeat in coming election... the main thing is behavior of nations... Till we don't become a nation, how our behaviors will match... Here in this society we are, pathans, Gujjars, Maliks, Awan, Abbasi, etc and many more but not Pakistani and Muslims... Hell to me but these all things compel me to be pessimist regarding election and PTI...

Allah Almighty help us and award us the national thinking and spirit for the sake of Pakistan and PTI.. Aameen

ARY breaking the news, President Zardari has signed the summary of the election to be held on 11th May 2013.

The Schedule would be released by the ECP.

Zardari signed the order before leaving for an overseas trip.

I do not know whether this news is official or not, but may 11 seems like a good day to choose. But I would not be surprised if this is not true and they decide to hold it some time in june.

اسلام آباد (دنیا نیوز) ملک بھر میں عام انتخابات 11 مئی بروز ہفتہ کو کرانے کا اعلان کردیا گیا ہے۔ صدر نے اس حوالے سے سمری پر دستخط کردیے ہیں۔
دنیا نیوز نے ترجمان ایوان صدر فرحت اللہ بابر کے حوالے سے بتایا ہے کہ وزیر اعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے صدر کو سمری بھجوائی تھی کہ انتخابات کے لیے مناسب تاریخ کا تقرر کیا جائے جس پر صدر نے 11 مئی کا دن مقرر کرتے ہوئے سمری پر دستخط کردیے ہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن 25 مارچ سے کاغذات نامزدگی وصول کرے گا.31 مارچ سے سکروٹنی کا عمل شروع ہوگا. سکروٹنی کے لیے صرف 7 دن دیے گئے ہیں. 7 اپریل سے اپیل دائر کی جاسکے گی. 11 اپریل سے اپیلوں پر فیصلے ہوں* گے . امیدوار 18 اپریل تک کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لے سکیں گے.19 اپریل کو امیدواروں کی حتمی فہرست آویزاں کردی جائے گی. واضح رہے کہ قومی اسمبلی سمیت بلوچستان، سندھ اور خیبر پختونخوا کی اسمبلیاں تحلیل ہوچکی ہیں جبکہ پنجاب اسبملی کو آج تحلیل کیے جانے کا امکان ہیں۔ ​
