WHO seems to be encouraging the pandemic and scaring people that the virus will remain here forever. God knows what is their real agenda and a lot of politics will be done on the discovery of the vaccination

WHO is very authentic, realistic and has no agenda like these pharmaceuticals that make false claims everyday to sell their drug or ideas to the government. You have to understand that certain diseases will never have a cure for example AIDS, Cancer and now Corona .

WHO has already warned that there might never be a Vaccine that can cure it. Pharma's will try to sell their ideas and crappy ineffective vaccines for profitability reasons but given what the scientists/WHO are conveying, it will be one of the " Incurable " just like AIDs, Cancer etc. Symptoms could be managed but the disease itself is going to stay.

We cant compare it to hiv because hiv is a retrovirus.

There will be an effective vaccine for it but my guess is that it will have to be updated every year and every region will have their own.

Flu and Covid are similar class of virus so it might behave in a similar way. Nothing is 100% effective. But even if it is 60% effective it could save thousands of lives.

HIV is a different class of virus, when it infects the body it becomes a part of the person's dna. Which is why it is so difficult to attack with vaccines and medicine.

We can see many ancient inactive retroviruses in human genome some of them are shared with Gorillas and chimp that probably infected our common ancestor and was inherited by us.
