this is opening ceremony....not closing ceremony....hahhaha how it could be a cover up....

it is biggest even in term of strength...76 countries trough all the continents...(second to Olympics)...

no country pulled out on issue of facilities....every thing is in place....

challenges are part of rising nations...this how they learn and move ahead....and you will see after this india will bid for olympics....hahahah
