Once --- longtime ago he was in ISF - but no more. He is out of his student days anyway. (Once Hafeez ullah Niazi had also supported IK.) Please don't create facts merely based on a twitter handle name. He has clearly mentioned on his intro that he does not represent PTI or his parents.

However if he broke law, he should be held accountable whichever group he belongs to or not...

I know hassaan , he is a die hard ptian. He is a very good person and i am pretty sure that he wasnt aware of the plans of lawyers that day , he was there though but there is no evidence suggesting that he was actually participating in the violence out there. He didnt have any weapons on him and neither was he seen kicking any cars , doors or anything else.
