The standard of this forum has deteriorated further and now it seems more of a brothel house than a place for informed debate. In fact I can hardly see a person here who is capable of holding a serious discussion. The sheep majority has also been dominated by filthy mouthed street urchins !

I think I will have to start a not for profit forum with strict rules for maintaining membership !!!!

The problem, Mr. Dilaver, is that a person like me can not dare to disagree with people holding big guns , how so ever logical or rational I may be. I have seen that, the first reaction will be false labeling which ultimately takes form of profanity. A rational debate to find a solution or even to reach a conclusion is not even the intention.

The problem, Mr. Dilaver, is that a person like me can not dare to disagree with people holding big guns , how so ever logical or rational I may be. I have seen that, the first reaction will be false labeling which ultimately takes form of profanity. A rational debate to find a solution or even to reach a conclusion is not even the intention.

Yes I agree. One would think that being incognito on the internet would suppress the egoistic tendencies but the opposite is happening. People think that by hiding behind the computer screen they can get away with anything. The ban policy is also not effective as these scum bags can just come up with new ID's. The moderation is also very poor. I think in addition to the capability factor, business gains has something to do with this. The forum runs on number of clicks and serious content does not generate as many clicks. I feel the need for a not-for-profit forum which is not constrained by business factors and thus can make the right decisions.

Unfortunately, a purely logical, rational and academic forum will die in its infancy. The reason is that most of us , consciously or unconsciously, like to read about conflicts and controversies. An ethical and non-contradictory post does not attract frustrated audience, sadly most of us are frustrated for one reason or the other. A post that provides us a punching bag does help us to exhale the frustration, be it in the form of abusive language or profane contents.

So for any forum to be viable a controlled environment is required where people can express not only their opinion but also their frustration, however this control must be authoritative enough to be felt by the rouge elements who are obnoxious for reasons other than legitimate frustration (about anything).

I cannot but agree. However my idea was not to turn this forum into a center of philosophical and meta physics discussion board. I am just pointing out the fact that, other than the low quality moderating standards the lucrative gains from the debase comments and posts is not let the forum achieve its basic purpose of informing and entertaining with members freely expressing their points of views.

I joined this Forum in 2010.
I have seen the worst of the abuse in last 2 years.
Unfortunately when the MODS takes any actions it is not enough in the eyes of the both sides of the isle.
I have seen member abusing the Administrator and Mods.
Majority of the forum members are well educated and they understand well but still use the abusive language.
There are many female forum members also and I can imagine their frustration.

Let us ask the Management to take strict action against any offending member and control this abuse. No exceptions .

I joined this Forum in 2010.
I have seen the worst of the abuse in last 2 years.
Unfortunately when the MODS takes any actions it is not enough in the eyes of the both sides of the isle.
I have seen member abusing the Administrator and Mods.
Majority of the forum members are well educated and they understand well but still use the abusive language.
There are many female forum members also and I can imagine their frustration.

Let us ask the Management to take strict action against any offending member and control this abuse. No exceptions .

میری نظر میں اگر ہم سب متفقہ طور پر اس گالم گلوچ اور نا زیبا الفاظ کے خلاف اڈمن کو احتجاج کریں تو وہ ہمارے اس احتجاج کو رد نہیں کریں گے۔
آپ بھی ساتھ دیں تو اس طرح ہم۔ اور بہت سے ممبران کو بھی ساتھ چلنے کی درخواست کر سکتے ہیں۔
