I am surprised to see picture of a girl appearing on my post. I have not changed my profile for ages neither I introduced any girls picture with my profile.

After seeing this picture I have checked my profile and there is no such picture, I have even removed my regular picture from my profile and saved it. But this picture is not removed from the display.

Admins, what is going on? Is your security compromised? or this is prank done by one of you?
Please answer, because for me it is a very serious matter. Other should be worried too. If their profiles can be manipulated without their permission and action, and without your knowledge too.
