Afghanistan has become a Hell hole not because of Americans or Russians but because of Afghanis themselves. They have a jahil tribal society where different ethnic groups have their own War lords (like Dostam etc), who are Free to do “whatever” in their territory and against other ethnic fractions.

Its Afghanis themselves who are responsible for promoting and tolerating this stone age, jahilana culture. As a result the young Afghanis are just growing up in a wild, lawless society in Afghanistan and they think the rest of the world is also like that.

These people should be treated just like rabid dogs and should be treated that way. Pointless to expect any sensible human behaviour from them.
