Agreed, that It has no political or economic implication or on FATF, but it will have a cultural implication. Even Kate wearing Salwar Kameez may have an affect on high streets fashions (Khadi is already in UK, will be interesting to see if their sales increase after this visit)

The Royals are still keenly followed in the UK, and their visit will only present Pakistan in a good light (more so then a visit by the UK PM even). Plus it does count against India's objective of "Isolating Pakistan"
